😂😂😂 But seriously, let's do something to improve our health today! This morning I practiced Wellness Wednesday by doing my husband's morning calisthenics and stretching routine with him. 👏 He's been doing this quick exercise routine most mornings for nearly a year now and has totally gotten rid of his back and knee pain. I've been having a lot of aches and pains lately, so I figured it was about time I joined him!
